1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using buyersguide365.com (the "Site"), operated by CLICKLINK MEDIA LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your admin credentials with anyone not authorized by CLICKLINK MEDIA LIMITED.
• All actions taken under your account are your responsibility.

If user accounts become available to the public in the future, additional terms will apply at signup.

5.2 Limited license to you

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of your country of residence. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
